So listen guys, your safety is super important to us. Whenever we collect any of your information online, it is never shared with any third parties with the exception of Authorize.net, the most trusted name in information protection and processing. We only use your information to process orders that you place with us and for fraud prevention. All the good stuff and none of the bad. We also will never sell your information to anybody either. Lots of companies do that (ever sign up for something somewhere and started getting spammed? Exactly) but we do not, period. Anyways, although we may add to or remove from our policies, whatever policies are in place when we receive your information will be the ones with which we will handle your information.

Why do you want to know my name and e-mail address?
When you place an order we need this information to verify your identity and have a way with which to contact you regarding your order should the need arise. And in the event that we ever start a newsletter your information will not be added to it without your approval or a way to unsubscribe.

Why do you want to know my credit card number and street address?
This information is only required if you purchase goods with Goodie Two Sleeves® via www.goodie2u.com. Basically, this information will be used to charge you in exchange for merchandise or services provided by us.

What other information do you keep track of, about me?
Goodie Two Sleeves® only collects personally identifying information if it is volunteered to us by the user, namely, you. This information is collected only when you place an order, join a mailing list or participate in contests or promotions. The type of information necessary to complete an order with goodie2u.com will usually include your full name, billing address, email address, telephone number, and credit card number. Additionally, if you aren't getting the merchandise yourself we will need the name and address of whoever you're sending it to. We do not knowingly collect info from persons younger then thirteen years old without parental permission. It is the responsibility of the user to identify themselves as being under the age of thirteen when providing information. Due to the nature of our website and the internet, Goodie Two Sleeves® cannot be held responsible if information is negligibly provided to us. That means if you're 12 and you sign up for a newsletter or something, and your parents get mad, we aren't the ones who are gonna get grounded, got it? If you do however let us know you aren't old enough, we will need to get permission from your parent or guardian to make sure they know what you're doing, word? Additionally, upon visiting one of our sites, certain pieces of non-identifying information are gathered (for example what kind of computer operating system or internet browser you use.) but only used to help better provide internet content for the majority of our customers.

Goodie Two Sleeves® is a registered trademark of Hold This, Inc®. Furthermore, www.goodie2u.com is owned and operated by Goodie Two Sleeves®. You information does not extend any further then this necessary network of business, but frankly, each is hardly different from the other and technically your information doesn't go any further then Goodie Two Sleeves®.

Do you share my information with other companies?
Although we mentioned it already, we thought we'd drive it home that, no, other then Authorize.net, the company that processes our credit card transactions, your information is shared with no third party companies and is never sold.

How can I start or stop receiving email from you?
Basically, just tell us you would or would not like to receive non-necessary emails from us. If for example, you tell us you don't want to hear from us, but you place an order and something goes wrong, we're still gonna email or contact you because then it's necessary, but what we wouldn't do is send you newsletters and stuff.

How do you protect the privacy of my e-mails to your customer support team?
Our customer support team does not even have access to view or alter sensitive information, such as your credit card number. Furthermore our service department is a small, well trained group that is closely held accountable to their superiors. We're all down like Charlie Brown to keep you and your information well protected.
